  • This is our BEJ signature website strategy service. If you’ve ever heard of UX design (user experience), this is it. We take all the key factors into consideration: audience, brand, offers, competitors, and so much more - and design a blueprint for the website around your desired goals. In short - this is the roadmap that ensures the website is designed to actually convert - instead of just look pretty :) After we deliver your Website Plan, you’ll be equipped with a copy outline for each page, creative direction and image guidelines, service provider recommendations for your budget, and your suggested tech stack!

  • If you already have your brand strategy, sitemap, copy/content, photos, marketing goals, tech integrations, and creative tone planned out & ready to hand over; then yes — we can probably skip the planning phase. Fill out the application & let’s talk!

  • The Plan is perfect for when you’re ready to burn it all down and start from scratch with a robust strategy. The Review is for when you’re looking for quick, small changes you can make to your existing website to improve conversion.

  • Website Reviews cover all aspects of your existing website’s design, user journey and how well it is set up to convert visitors to clients in your business. This is a deep-dive review of every page of your website. Note: Website reviews are not suitable if you are looking for feedback on your website’s SEO.

  • Available topics include: Layout, content organization, & user experience; Quick help with fonts or color schemes; Optimizing your portfolio or image selection; Content ideas; Find & fix the biggest mistake on your site; Don’t have a website yet? Figuring out where to begin; Showit & Squarespace design, development, SEO implementation, etc.; Integrating third-party tools like Instagram, email marketing, CRM, calendar, etc. in Squarespace or Showit; Squarespace Blogging, Scheduling, or Campaigns.

  • We develop in Squarespace and Showit, but we offer Strategy & Consulting for anyone who needs general website guidance.

  • We can provide guidance on standard best practices as well as SEO setup in Squarespace and Showit (in a Review or Quick Call). To add tailored SEO strategy onto your Website Plan, please reach out.

  • Each Website Plan includes an outline (aka a “skeleton”) of the info which should be included on each page. Think of these as writing prompts for each section. From there, if you’d prefer to have the content written for you, we will make a recommendation for a copywriter.

  • Due to the short turnaround time of these consulting services, we will need to receive full payment before beginning work. That said, we can totally set up installments for your Website Plan - just get in touch!

  • Absolutely! My only hard rule is we don’t build e-commerce stores for clients. We’ve enjoyed helping a wide variety of service-based businesses such as: photographers, fashion designers, artists, therapists, musicians, spiritual coaches, and more. We just care that we a) hit it off and b) are confident that we understand your needs as a business!
